The Local Transport Plan Implementation Plan has been developed as a means to deliver the Buckinghamshire LTP3 strategy. The Implementation Plan includes a summary of the countywide programme of work, and will be updated on an annual basis. The Implementation Plan contains:
- An overview and structure of Transport for Buckinghamshire’s delivery model
- Targets and trajectories for key performance indicators in order to effectively measure success
- An update of latest national and local policy changes
- Details of future funding levels and sources available to deliver planned schemes and activities
- A summary of expenditure during the previous financial year
- A summary of the public and stakeholder engagement process and how it has shaped this plan
- An explanation of our business planning process
- A summary of transport schemes & activities for the short, medium long term
- A look forward to future opportunities and risks associated with delivery
- An analysis of the impact of the proposed delivery programme
- A summary of the communication strategy for the coming 12-18 months.
