Local Transport Plan 3

The LTP sets out Buckinghamshire County Council’s policies, strategies and the way we will prioritise improvements over the coming years to address the transport related challenges and issues across the county and in your local area.

The new (third) local transport plan came into force in April 2011, and covers the five years up to March 2016. The Plan is supported by a number of additional documents which sit below it. Whereas the Plan will remain In its current form for the next 5 years, these other documents are in some cases unwritten and need further development in 2011/12 and from then on will likely be refreshed on a regular basis. The LTP Implementation Plan will be refreshed annually. The diagram below reflects the LTP structure:

Hard copies of the Local Transport Plan

Hard copies of the Local Transport Plan are available for reference in libraries across Buckinghamshire, or alternatively a copy can be purchased at a cost of £35 to cover postage and production costs. Please email transportps@buckscc.gov.uk to enquire about ordering the document.
