Report a problem

If you have already reported a problem to us, you can check on the progress by using the 'Track Requests' option. If you would prefer not use use the interactive map to report a problem, you can use the 'Text based version'.  More help can be found below the map.
How do I use this system?

To make a report, click the map on the location you require and a green pin will appear. You can click and drag the map with your mouse. You can adjust the point by simply clicking again. You can choose to view as a map or change it to satalite view. The map can be zoomed in or out using the plus and minus icons. If you wish to center the map on a particular road or location, enter a street name or postcode into the search box under the map and click 'Search map' .

There is no need to add "Aylesbury" or "UK", as these are assumed. If multiple matches for your search are found, the system will ask you to choose one or cancel. You can re-center the map using the 'Reset map' button.

Additionally, we require you to fill out your own contact details at this stage. First and last names, Address and Postcode are all mandatory. When you are happy with these details, click 'Confirm and continue'.

Enter details about this report

At this stage, the point will be locked to your chosen location. The location field itself will automatically default to the nearest address at the selected green marker. You are free to add additional information or change this field. You must also select a type of report from the drop-down list, and finally enter the details you want to send to us.

If you wish to go back and amend your point or contact details, click 'Edit point or details. Otherwise, click 'Confirm and send report'.
