How to report flooding:

Buckinghamshire County Council:

We are responsible for routine highway gulley emptying and emergency clearance of highway gullies and drainage when flooding occurs. If you think that flooding is being caused by a blockage inside a road gulley report it here.

We are also now responsible for ordinary watercourse flooding, and drain obstructions caused by leaves or other surface debris.

District Councils:

They can also help in the event of a flood with advice and can give out sandbags. Contact your District Council via:

Main river and reservoir flooding should be reported to the Environment Agency:

Water utility companies:

Public sewer floods are the responsibility of the water companies should be reported to Thames Water or Anglian Water (North Aylesbury Vale District) depending on the area in which the flood is located.  Check your water supplier bills for who to report the issue to.

Canal and River Trust (formally British Waterways):

The flooding of canals, rivers and maintained reservoirs should be reported to Canal and River Trust
